Overview
Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
No Returns or Refunds
🟦 Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
This includes (but is not limited to) files, templates, software, e‑books, digital courses, and any other electronically delivered content.
Why Refunds Are Not Offered
- Digital items cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.
- Once access is granted, the product cannot be revoked.
- Immediate delivery means you receive the full value instantly.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may offer a refund only in the following rare situations:
- Duplicate purchases caused by a technical error
- A verified issue that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved
- Accidental multiple charges for the same item
Any exception is granted at our sole discretion.
